We are a certified Odoo Partner specializing in end-to-end ERP solutions for the manufacturing sector. Our mission is to help factories and industrial businesses digitize operations, optimize production flows, and scale efficiently using Odoo.
We’re expanding our functional team and looking for an Odoo Implementer with strong experience in manufacturing workflows to join our growing projects across the MENA region.
Your Role:
You will lead the functional implementation of Odoo for manufacturing clients — from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support. You’ll work closely with our technical team and client stakeholders to ensure that each solution meets business needs, is scalable, and adds measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing business requirements and map them to Odoo modules
- Configure and implement key modules: MRP, Inventory, Quality, Maintenance, PLM, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting
- Train users on shop floor processes, inventory management, and BOM configuration
- Coordinate with the dev team on customizations or integrations (e.g., barcode scanners, IoT)
- Conduct UAT, documentation, and go-live support
- Support client teams post-implementation to ensure system adoption and optimization
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of Odoo functional experience
- Hands-on experience with Odoo’s Manufacturing & Inventory modules
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations (BOMs, work centers, routings, production orders)
- Client-facing communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations
- English required – Arabic is a plus
Bonus Points For:
- Previous experience with Odoo Partners
- Understanding of local tax/invoicing requirements in Egypt, UAE, or KSA
- Familiarity with Odoo.sh and Studio
- Background in industrial engineering or operations
