Blue Developments engineered a custom Ticketmaster Ticket Release Monitoring Tool tailored to help ticket resellers and enthusiasts detect real-time ticket drops. The platform continuously monitors Ticketmasterโs backend activity, enabling users to get early access to newly released or re-released tickets.
โ The Challenge
Ticketmaster does not provide official APIs or notifications for ticket drops. Users had to manually refresh pages, often missing valuable opportunities. The challenge was to create a real-time, scalable monitoring engine using reverse engineering, while avoiding rate limits and detection.

We built a multi-layered tool that intercepts real-time ticket socket data and parses it into meaningful alerts:
- Reverse-engineered Ticketmaster Socket Protocols
